The Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association (WSMBA) was founded in the United States in 1999 and quickly grew in popularity, with chapters forming across America and into Canada. The association made its way to the UK in 2004, gaining the support of the United Grand Lodge of England1. The Widows Sons serve to raise money for charitable causes, raise Masonic awareness while attending public motorcycling events, and support regular Masonic lodges.
The first UK chapter was established in 2004, and since then, the association has grown to include active chapters throughout Great Britain, with a membership exceeding 1,000. The Widows Sons are known for their positive representation of Freemasonry and their involvement in local charity runs and events2.
